Blentech continuous mixers can heat, mix, blend, cook, cool and chill. Horizontal agitation is a highly effective means of blending a wide assortment of products; from dry powders to low-medium viscosity liquids to high viscosity meat blends. Horizontal mixers blend products in multiple dimensions; lifting and folding the batch while stirring it about the vessel trough. • Equivalent batch process is labor intensive and/or includes multiple steps.
